Technology has crept in and changed our lives, and we’ve hardly realized it. Laptops, mobile phones, internet, memory cards – a.k.a. ‘chips’: entertainment, education, information are only a step away with these, and we have technology to help us take it. Even the promises that the government makes us are laced with offers of technology. But it’s common people who have taken their own unique initiatives to enter this world: the state is still miles behind fulfilling its promises to reach technology deep into our villages.
